Hi, I’m Carrie.

I’m glad you’re here!

I’m an ICF-certified coach who helps people forge a path toward a more satisfied life, one step at a time. If you’re ready for a change, you’re in the right place.

I’ve had training in career coaching, executive coaching, and life coaching. Because I believe that what’s happening in one area of your life is probably affecting the other areas. And you’re so much more than the sum of your parts.

I’m also a certified yoga teacher, which shows up in my coaching as an emphasis on mindfulness, non-attachment, and honoring the version of you that shows up for coaching (not the idealized version you may think you need to be).

I spent 20+ years working in Fortune 500 companies, and I’ve seen the difference leadership skills can make on individuals, teams, and organizations. In addition to being a coach, I’m a freelance writer and editor specializing in leadership development, and I’m a lifelong learner who’s passionate about figuring out what makes people tick.

I’m a proud GenX-er, which means I can usually be found jamming out to whatever music is playing at the grocery store and embarrassing my husband and kid. When I’m not trying to solve the riddle of human nature, I can be found with my nose in either a book or a very large coffee.

That’s enough about me … now tell me about you!
