Coaching
Have you ever had something weighing on your mind, then had a great conversation with a friend where you talked through the problem and realized you had the answer all along?
Imagine you could have a powerful conversation like that anytime you want.
That’s coaching.
As a coach, I help you figure out where you are, where you want to be, and what you’ll do to get there.
I don’t tell you what to do or presume to know what you “should” do. I listen and ask thoughtful questions that help you discover what’s holding you back and find your own path forward.
With training in career coaching, executive coaching, life coaching, and yoga, I work with you as a whole person. Because you’re so much more than the sum of your parts.
How It Works
To begin, we’ll have an introductory call to get to know each other and talk about what you’d like to change and how coaching might help.
I conduct most calls through a secure video chat platform, and you can connect through your computer or phone. You’ll have the option of having the camera on or off. I find that, sometimes, it’s easier for my clients to have a meaningful conversation without the added “performance anxiety” of having a camera involved.
If we decide to work together, I’ll email you a link to schedule your coaching sessions along with some initial questions and information that will lay the groundwork for our first session.
We will then meet regularly for a minimum of three sessions and continue as long as you wish — some clients have a targeted focus that I support them with over a few sessions, while others prefer a longer engagement for a deeper or broader change. As the client, it’s up to you.
