Imagine you could have a powerful conversation like that anytime you want.

That’s coaching.

As a coach, I help you figure out where you are, where you want to be, and what you’ll do to get there.

I don’t tell you what to do or presume to know what you “should” do. I listen and ask thoughtful questions that help you discover what’s holding you back and find your own path forward.

With training in career coaching, executive coaching, life coaching, and yoga, I work with you as a whole person. Because you’re so much more than the sum of your parts.

How It Works

  • To begin, we’ll have an introductory call to get to know each other and talk about what you’d like to change and how coaching might help.

  • I conduct most calls through a secure video chat platform, and you can connect through your computer or phone. You’ll have the option of having the camera on or off. I find that, sometimes, it’s easier for my clients to have a meaningful conversation without the added “performance anxiety” of having a camera involved.

  • If we decide to work together, I’ll email you a link to schedule your coaching sessions along with some initial questions and information that will lay the groundwork for our first session.

  • We will then meet regularly for a minimum of three sessions and continue as long as you wish — some clients have a targeted focus that I support them with over a few sessions, while others prefer a longer engagement for a deeper or broader change. As the client, it’s up to you.
